Annette is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor. She has been working as a psychologist in the public and private settings for over 25 years. Annette has a special interest in eating disorders, body image and helping people heal their relationship with their body, food and eating. Annette is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician through ANZAED. She also helps people with a range of other mental health conditions, including mood, anxiety and personality disorders and complex trauma. Annette uses a range of treatment modalities and has completed training in Psychodynamic therapy, parts work, cognitive therapies among many others.
Gurpal is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, with specialised training in Infant Mental Health and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
She has extensive experience working with infants, children and adults who have experienced psychological distress and trauma, and recognises the deep and lasting impact of early relational experiences. Integrating a psychodynamic and attachment-based approach, Gurpal works with careful attention and sensitivity to each client’s individual experience and needs.
She offers a calm and reflective space where clients can feel deeply heard and supported to make sense of their inner world. Gurpal is committed to long-term, insight-oriented work that fosters emotional growth and meaningful change.
